A downloadable game for Android

With test graphics set, I set out to find whether this concept is anything. Can a twin stick styled top down shooter be made and be fun for multi-touch screens? Please, help me find out. As such, you will need to: Download this file to your Android device (either directly or via a USB file transfer), and enable App Sideloading (check with your manufacturer for more detailed instructions, you may need to enable developer options in extreme cases).
